For placement, avoid direct sunlight. Bamboo plants grow beautifully in a partial shade. Remove dried leaf and dead stalk periodically if any.

Delivery fees and time:

However, should there be any chance of delayed delivery (e.g. because of natural disaster, calamities, city lockdown, political strikes) customers are notified in advance and we seek for your approval if later delivery is fine.
- There will be minimal delivery fee based on delivery urgency and location.
Payments:
- Payment can be made through one of the online payment options - debit/credit card or money transfer.
Returns, Exchange & Refund:
- For any reason, if products we deliver are not satisfactory - we will arrange a re-delivery earliest possible. Damaged products are exchanged at earliest opportunity. There will not additional cost for doing so.
- If you'd like to cancel an existing order, there will be a 5% cancellation fee (this is to cover the fees charged to us by our payment processor)
