Products:

• Products are listed with the text and photo descriptions that are best of our knowledge
• Flowers are delivered carefully in fresh and clean condition
• We are happy to answer any pre-order questions you may have
• Orders are delivered by flowerstonepal.com's delivery crew inside Kathmandu valley and in some cities outside Kathmandu

Delivery fees and time:

• Customers can choose a preferred delivery date on checkout page while placing orders. Orders are delivered on the date selected by customer 99.9% of the time. However, should there be any chance of delayed delivery (e.g. because of natural disaster, calamities, city lockdown, political strikes) customers are notified in advance and we seek for your approval if later delivery is fine.
• There will be minimal delivery fee based on delivery urgency and location.

Payments:

• Payment can be made through one of the online payment options - debit/credit card or money transfer.

Returns, Exchange & Refund:

• For any reason, if products we deliver are not satisfactory - we will arrange a re-delivery earliest possible. Damaged products are exchanged at earliest opportunity. There will not additional cost for doing so.
• If you'd like to cancel an existing order, there will be a 5% cancellation fee (this is to cover the fees charged to us by our payment processor)

Guarantee/ Warranty:

• We assure that we will deliver fresh flowers. 
• If any products that we sell come with manufacturer's warranty that will also apply here.

Product unavailability:

• If an ordered product is unavailable for any reason, customers can either exchange with another product, cancel the order or wait until stock becomes available again.

Gift options:

• Gift wrapping is available to make your order look even more lovely.
